This deliverable describes the Discover the COSMOS portal which provides the project's support environment. Its development process, structure and basic technical information. It also informs about how the portal will be maintained during the project's life time. The version of the deliverable delivered at the end of the project (M24) includes the additional information asked for by the technical review report on October 2012.

This deliverable includes a concrete and detailed implementation plan, which constitutes the methodological and practical guide of action for the whole period of large scale pilot implementation and validation on the field.
